L’honorable Noël A. Kinsella, Président du Sénat, et Cheryl Bush, premier maître de 2e classe (pm 2), près d’une reproduction grand format des deux timbres commémorant le centenaire de la Marine. Le pm 2 Bush apparaît sur l’un des timbres.
